Claudia Whitten

 A kiln formed glass artist, developed her interest in art at an early age, learning art concepts from her mother. Claudia is self taught and loves to explore new directions. She has studied under numerous master glass artists from the USA. She took a master class from Karl Harron from Ireland and recently studied at the Northlands Creative Glass, in Scotland with Jane Bruce and Paul Tarlow.


Claudia’s work was reconized in 2007 by the Corning Museum of Glass. Corning’s New Glass Review is an annual survey of glass in contemporary art, architecture, craft, and design created in the previous year by emerging and established artists, as well as students. Juried by curators, artists, designer, art dealers, and critics.
